Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LBL-007 + tislelizumab + gemcitabine is a combination investigational regimen for cancer therapy. LBL-007 is a monoclonal antibody targeting LAG-3, acting as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to reinvigorate exhausted T cells and enhance antitumor immune activity[5]. Tislelizumab is a monoclonal antibody against PD-1, blocking interactions with its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2) and releasing inhibitory signals on T cells to restore immune responses against cancer[2][6]. Gemcitabine is a cytotoxic antimetabolite nucleoside analogue that inhibits DNA synthesis in rapidly dividing cells. The combination aims to synergistically enhance immunotherapeutic effects with direct cytotoxicity, especially in advanced solid tumors such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC)[5].
