Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**LBL-024 + docetaxel** is an investigational intravenous anticancer co-administration regimen being evaluated by Leads Biolabs in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. LBL-024 is a tetravalent PD-L1 × 4-1BB bispecific antibody designed to block PD-L1-mediated immune-checkpoint signaling while conditionally agonizing 4-1BB in the tumor microenvironment to enhance T-cell activation. Docetaxel is a taxane chemotherapy that binds tubulin, stabilizes microtubules, and inhibits mitosis. The regimen is being studied in a recruiting Phase 2 substudy of an advanced solid-tumor trial, including an LBL-024 plus docetaxel cohort for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
