LBL-024 + LBL-007 is a combination of two investigational monoclonal antibodies developed as an immunotherapy regimen for advanced and refractory solid tumors, including extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma (EP-NEC) and other malignancies. **LBL-024** is a tetravalent, bispecific antibody targeting both PD-L1 (Programmed Death Ligand-1), which blocks PD-1/PD-L1-mediated immune suppression, and 4-1BB (CD137), which acts as a conditional agonist and selectively provides T-cell co-stimulation in the tumor microenvironment. **LBL-007** is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting LAG-3 (Lymphocyte-Activation Gene 3 protein), functioning as a LAG-3 antagonist to further relieve T-cell inhibition. The combination aims to enhance anti-tumor T cell immunity through simultaneous checkpoint blockade (PD-L1, LAG-3) and immune activation (4-1BB agonism). Key indications under investigation include advanced solid tumors, neuroendocrine carcinoma (especially EP-NEC), non-small cell lung cancer, biliary tract cancer, ovarian cancer, and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma[1][2][3][5][6][7][9].
