LBL-024 + paclitaxel is a combination regimen under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma (EP-NEC) and potentially other solid tumors. **LBL-024** is a tetravalent bispecific antibody developed by Leads Biolabs that simultaneously targets **PD-L1** (programmed death ligand 1) and **4-1BB** (CD137), blocking immune checkpoint-mediated immunosuppression while providing T-cell costimulatory signaling in the tumor microenvironment. **Paclitaxel** is a well-established microtubule-stabilizing chemotherapeutic (taxane class), widely used in the treatment of multiple cancers including ovarian, breast, and lung cancer. Combination of LBL-024 and paclitaxel aims to provide synergistic anti-tumor effects by both reactivating T-cell immunity and directly targeting dividing tumor cells. Early phase clinical data indicate the combination shows a high objective response rate and manageable toxicity profile in EP-NEC patients[7][1][3][5][2].
