lefradafiban + clopidogrel is a combination therapy consisting of two antiplatelet drugs with complementary mechanisms of action, intended to enhance inhibition of platelet aggregation and prevent thrombotic events. Lefradafiban is a non-peptide, orally active glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor antagonist that blocks the final common pathway for platelet aggregation.
