Overview

A combination therapy of lenvatinib and denosumab. Lenvatinib is a receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor that targets VEGFR1-3, FGFR1-4, PDGFRα, KIT, and RET, inhibiting pathogenic angiogenesis and tumor growth. Denosumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody that binds to RANKL, blocking osteoclast maturation, function, and survival, thereby reducing bone resorption. This combination is being studied specifically for bone-predominant metastatic radioiodine refractory differentiated thyroid carcinomas.
