Lenvatinib + envafolimab is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of various advanced cancers, including unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and endometrial cancer. Lenvatinib is an oral small molecule receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets multiple kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis and growth, such as VEGFR1–3, FGFR1–4, PDGFRα, KIT, and RET.
