lenvatinib + TACE

Lenvatinib + TACE is a combination therapy that pairs the oral multikinase inhibitor lenvatinib with transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) for the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Lenvatinib inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR1-3) and other receptor tyrosine kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis and proliferation.
