Lerapolturev + lomustine is an investigational drug combination being evaluated in clinical trials for the treatment of recurrent glioblastoma. Lerapolturev (also known as PVSRIPO) is a genetically modified oncolytic poliovirus designed to induce antitumor immune response by infecting and lysing tumor cells and stimulating local immune activation.
