Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Linperlisib + camrelizumab is an investigational combination therapy targeting advanced or relapsed/refractory NK/T-cell lymphoma. Linperlisib is an oral, highly selective small molecule inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta (PI3Kδ), and camrelizumab is a monoclonal antibody acting as a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint inhibitor. Linperlisib blocks tumor cell proliferation and survival signaling, while camrelizumab enhances anti-tumor immune responses by releasing inhibition of T cells. The combination has demonstrated tolerability and preliminary efficacy in clinical trials. Linperlisib is approved in China for relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma but was used off-label in the referenced NK/T-cell lymphoma study; camrelizumab is approved for several cancers in China.
