Overview

Linperlisib + CHOP is a combination therapy that pairs linperlisib, a novel selective PI3Kδ inhibitor, with the standard CHOP chemotherapy regimen (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone). This combination targets both the PI3K signaling pathway, which is critical for B-cell proliferation and survival, and rapidly dividing cancer cells through multiple cytotoxic mechanisms. It is being investigated primarily for the treatment of newly diagnosed peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) and other lymphoma types.
