Linvoseltamab + carfilzomib is a combination therapy investigated for treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, particularly in patients with prior exposure to multiple drug classes. Linvoseltamab (REGN5458, marketed as Lynozyfic) is a BCMA × CD3 bispecific monoclonal antibody that redirects cytotoxic T cells to multiple myeloma cells expressing B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), thereby promoting T-cell–mediated tumor cell lysis. Carfilzomib (brand name Kyprolis, code name PR-171) is a second-generation, irreversible proteasome inhibitor that selectively inhibits the chymotrypsin-like activity of the 20S proteasome, leading to apoptosis and growth inhibition of malignant plasma cells.
