Overview

Linvoseltamab + cevostamab is an experimental combination therapy being studied for the treatment of multiple myeloma. Both agents are **bispecific monoclonal antibodies** targeting distinct surface antigens found on myeloma cells and engaging CD3 on T cells to promote immune-mediated killing. - **Linvoseltamab** is a bispecific antibody targeting **B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)** on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells, thereby directing T cells to kill BCMA-expressing myeloma cells. It has received FDA accelerated approval (as monotherapy) for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma after at least four prior lines of therapy[3][5][8]. - **Cevostamab** is a bispecific antibody targeting **Fc receptor-homolog 5 (FcRH5)** on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells, promoting T cell-mediated cytotoxicity against FcRH5-expressing myeloma cells[7]. This combination is being evaluated in clinical trials to determine safety, optimal dose, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary efficacy in multiple myeloma[1].
