Drug intelligence / Profile preview
linvoseltamab + fianlimab is an investigational combination therapy that includes linvoseltamab, a bispecific antibody targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), and fianlimab, an anti-LAG-3 (lymphocyte activation gene-3) human monoclonal antibody. Linvoseltamab is in development primarily as a T-cell engager for multiple myeloma. Fianlimab is in development as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. The combination is being studied in clinical trials for patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and antitumor activity, with the goal of improving responses through complementary immune-mediated mechanisms[3]. Both drugs are being developed by Regeneron.
