Overview

**Linvoseltamab + lenalidomide** is an investigational combination therapy for multiple myeloma. Linvoseltamab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody designed to target both B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on malignant plasma cells and CD3 on T cells, thereby engaging and redirecting T cells to kill myeloma cells. Lenalidomide is an established immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) that modulates substrate specificity of the CRL4^CRBN^ E3 ubiquitin ligase, leading to degradation of transcription factors (IKZF1, IKZF3) critical for myeloma cell survival, and has direct antitumor, immunostimulatory, and anti-angiogenic properties. The combination is being evaluated clinically to augment depth of response and durability of minimal residual disease negativity in multiple myeloma patients. Linvoseltamab is being developed by Regeneron, while lenalidomide is marketed by Bristol Myers Squibb[1][2][3][4][5].
