Lithium + fluvoxamine is a combination of two pharmaceutical agents used primarily in the management of mood and anxiety disorders, particularly in cases where monotherapy has proven insufficient. Pharmacokinetic interactions between these drugs are generally minimal—lithium does not significantly alter plasma concentrations or pharmacokinetics of fluvoxamine—but additive pharmacodynamic effects necessitate close clinical supervision[1][3][4].
