Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LM-108 + sintilimab is a combination therapy consisting of LM-108, an Fc-optimized anti-CCR8 monoclonal antibody, and sintilimab, an anti-PD-1 antibody. LM-108 selectively depletes tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs) by targeting CCR8, which is specifically upregulated in these cells across multiple cancer types. This depletion enhances anti-tumor immune responses. When combined with sintilimab, which blocks the PD-1 immune checkpoint pathway, the dual immunomodulatory approach aims to overcome resistance associated with immune checkpoint inhibitors alone.
