**LM-108 + toripalimab** is an investigational combination therapy comprising LM-108, a novel anti-CCR8 monoclonal antibody, and toripalimab, a monoclonal antibody directed against programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). LM-108 is engineered to selectively deplete tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs) by targeting CCR8, potentially overcoming resistance to immunotherapy. Toripalimab acts as a checkpoint inhibitor by blocking PD-1 to restore T-cell mediated antitumor immunity. This combination demonstrates promising antitumor activity, particularly in patients with advanced or resistant gastric cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other solid tumors, especially those with CCR8 overexpression or who are refractory to prior anti-PD-1 therapy. Clinical studies up to phase 1/2 are ongoing, with some breakthrough therapy designations in China for gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma and solid tumors with high microsatellite instability or deficient mismatch repair[1][3][5][7].
