Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LM-2417 + lenvatinib is an investigational combination therapy composed of LM-2417, a bispecific antibody targeting sodium-dependent phosphate transport protein 2B (NaPi-2b), and lenvatinib, an approved multi-kinase inhibitor. LM-2417 acts as a NaPi-2b inhibitor and is under clinical development for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors, aiming to exploit potential synergistic anti-tumor effects when combined with lenvatinib. Lenvatinib inhibits multiple receptor tyrosine kinases including vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR), leading to antiangiogenic and antiproliferative effects. The combination is being investigated in phase 1/2 clinical trials in patients with advanced solid tumors[1][3][10].
