Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LM103 + PD-1 inhibitor is an investigational combination therapy consisting of LM103, an OX40 receptor agonist, and a PD-1 inhibitor (immune checkpoint inhibitor). OX40 agonists enhance T-cell activation and proliferation by stimulating the OX40 costimulatory pathway, potentially boosting anti-tumor immune responses. PD-1 inhibitors block the programmed cell death protein 1 checkpoint, relieving immune suppression and allowing T cells to attack tumor cells more effectively. This combination aims to synergistically stimulate immune activity against cancers, enhancing efficacy compared to single-agent therapy. Clinical trials are underway to evaluate safety, immune effects, and early efficacy in advanced solid tumors.
