Overview

BMS-986322 + methotrexate refers to the co-administration of lomedeucitinib (BMS-986322), an investigational small molecule inhibitor of tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2), and methotrexate, a folate antimetabolite and immunosuppressant. This combination was primarily evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials (such as NCT05615012) to assess pharmacokinetic drug-drug interactions. Lomedeucitinib was developed by Bristol Myers Squibb for immune-mediated inflammatory diseases like psoriasis, while methotrexate is a standard-of-care treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis. The combination is not a fixed-dose product but represents a clinical study regimen. Lomedeucitinib development was subsequently deprioritized by Bristol Myers Squibb.
