Lomustine + vincristine is a combination of two chemotherapeutic agents used primarily in the treatment of certain brain tumors, such as gliomas and medulloblastomas. Lomustine is an alkylating agent of the nitrosourea class that works by damaging DNA and RNA, thereby inhibiting cancer cell replication. Vincristine is a vinca alkaloid that disrupts microtubule formation, arresting cell division during mitosis.
