LSD + ketanserin

LSD + ketanserin is a combination of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), a classic psychedelic, and ketanserin, a selective serotonin 5-HT2A receptor antagonist. LSD exerts its psychedelic effects primarily through agonism at the serotonin 5-HT2A receptor, leading to altered perception, cognition, and consciousness. Ketanserin blocks the 5-HT2A receptor and can either prevent or reverse the subjective and neural effects induced by LSD when administered before or after LSD ingestion.
