lucanisatuzumab + tagolimumab

Lucanisatuzumab + tagolimumab is an investigational combination immunotherapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies: **lucanisatuzumab** (HLX20), which targets programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), and **tagolimumab** (HLX53), which targets T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT). Developed by Henlius, this combination is designed to synergistically enhance anti-tumor immune responses by simultaneously blocking two distinct inhibitory pathways that suppress T-cell activation and effector function. The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials, notably in studies sponsored by Sun Yat-sen University, for the treatment of PD-L1-positive, hormone receptor-positive (HR+), and HER2-negative advanced breast cancer in patients who have previously progressed on CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy.
