LUNA18 + cetuximab

LUNA18 + cetuximab is a combination therapy comprising **LUNA18**, an orally bioavailable, cyclic macrocyclic peptide pan-RAS inhibitor, and **cetuximab**, a monoclonal antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (**EGFR**). LUNA18 (also known as Paluratide) selectively targets and binds to Ras proteins, inhibiting Ras-dependent signaling pathways, thereby reducing proliferation of tumor cells with Ras overexpression or mutations. Cetuximab binds to the extracellular domain of EGFR and blocks ligand-induced activation, inhibiting downstream signaling involved in cancer cell proliferation and survival.
