Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LUNX ADC + EpCAM ADC + Trop-2 ADC + C-Met ADC refers to a portfolio of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) programs under development by Anhui Sinobioway Medicine, a subsidiary of the Beijing Sinobioway Group. This program targets four distinct tumor-associated antigens: Lung-specific X protein (LUNX), Epithelial Cell Adhesion Molecule (EpCAM), Tumor-associated Calcium Signal Transducer 2 (Trop-2), and Hepatocyte Growth Factor Receptor (c-Met). These targets are frequently overexpressed in various malignancies, particularly non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors. Each ADC in this group is designed to utilize the specificity of monoclonal antibodies to deliver potent cytotoxic agents directly to malignant cells, thereby enhancing therapeutic efficacy while reducing off-target systemic toxicity. These assets are currently in the early stages of development.
