Overview

A combination therapy of lurbinectedin and paclitaxel that has shown synergism in preclinical studies. This regimen is administered as paclitaxel 80 mg/m² on Days 1 and 8, plus lurbinectedin 2.2 mg/m² on Day 1 of a 21-day cycle. The combination has demonstrated promising efficacy in various advanced solid tumors, particularly in breast cancer, small cell lung cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer, and endometrial cancer.
