Overview
**Lutetium [177Lu] BL-ARC001** is an investigational antibody-radioconjugate (ARC) radiopharmaceutical developed by Biokin Pharmaceutical for advanced solid tumors. It consists of lutetium-177 (177Lu), a beta-emitting radioisotope, conjugated to a proprietary monoclonal antibody that delivers targeted radiation to tumor cells, achieving higher tumor concentration and specificity compared to traditional radionuclide conjugates. Currently in Phase 1 clinical trials (dose-escalation and expansion) in China, it targets locally advanced or metastatic lung cancer, breast cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, gastrointestinal tumors, and other solid tumors refractory to standard therapies.[1][4][5][6][8][10]
