Overview

Luvometinib + anlotinib is a combination therapy consisting of luvometinib (FCN-159), a potent and selective MEK1/2 inhibitor, and anlotinib, a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Luvometinib targets the MAPK/ERK pathway, which is frequently dysregulated in KRAS-mutated cancers, by inhibiting the phosphorylation of ERK. Anlotinib suppresses tumor growth and angiogenesis by inhibiting multiple receptor tyrosine kinases, including VEGFR1-3, FGFR1-4, PDGFRα/β, and c-Kit. This combination is being investigated by Fosun Pharma for the treatment of KRAS-mutated metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), aiming to provide synergistic anti-tumor activity by simultaneously blocking intracellular signaling and tumor vascularization.
