LVGN3616 + LVGN6051 is an investigational combination of two humanized monoclonal antibodies developed for the treatment of advanced and metastatic solid tumors. LVGN3616 is an anti-PD-1 antibody that functions as an immune checkpoint inhibitor, blocking the interaction of PD-1 with its ligands to restore T cell immune activity. LVGN6051 is a 4-1BB (CD137) agonistic monoclonal antibody engineered for selective activation in the tumor microenvironment through Fcγ-receptor IIB binding, acting as an immune co-stimulatory agent and enhancing anti-tumor immune responses.
