Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is an investigational combination therapy consisting of three novel monoclonal antibodies—LVGN3616 (pradusinstobart), a PD-1 inhibitor; LVGN6051 (exlinkibart), and LVGN7409 (dalnicastobart)—administered together with paclitaxel (a well-established chemotherapeutic agent). The regimen is being evaluated in phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of various metastatic solid tumors including gastric cancer, liver cancer, and sarcoma. The monoclonal antibodies are designed to enhance antitumor immune responses by targeting immune checkpoint pathways and other immunomodulatory targets. Paclitaxel acts as a mitotic inhibitor that disrupts microtubule function in dividing cells. Lvygen Biopharma supplies the investigational antibodies for these studies[3][5][7][8].
