Overview

This is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of metastatic solid tumors. It consists of three agents: - **LVGN3616** (pradusinstobart): A monoclonal antibody targeting CD40, designed to modulate immune responses in the tumor microenvironment. - **LVGN6051** (exlinkibart): A conditional 4‑1BB agonistic monoclonal antibody with Fcγ-receptor IIB selective binding, intended to activate T cells specifically within the tumor microenvironment and enhance anti-tumor immunity[6][8]. - **nab-paclitaxel** (albumin-bound paclitaxel, brand name Abraxane): A chemotherapy drug that inhibits cancer cell division by stabilizing microtubules. The albumin-bound formulation improves delivery and reduces hypersensitivity reactions compared to conventional paclitaxel[4]. The combination is being evaluated in phase 1 clinical trials for safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with metastatic solid tumors such as breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), melanoma, and gastrointestinal malignancies[2][3][5][7]. The developer for both LVGN3616 and LVGN6051 is Legend Biotech.
