LVGN6051 + anlotinib

**LVGN6051 + anlotinib** is a combination therapy under clinical investigation, primarily for refractory soft tissue sarcoma. LVGN6051 is a conditional 4-1BB (CD137) agonistic monoclonal antibody that preferentially activates immune responses in the tumor microenvironment by binding to Fc gamma receptor IIB, enhancing T cell activation and antitumor immunity. Anlotinib is an oral, small-molecule multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that potently suppresses tumor angiogenesis and proliferation by inhibiting receptor tyrosine kinases including VEGFR-1/2/3, FGFR1-4, PDGFR-α/β, and c-Kit. Their combination aims to synergize immunostimulatory and anti-angiogenic activities for improved control of advanced cancers, notably sarcomas. The regimen is under investigation in phase 1b/2 trials for safety and efficacy in patients with refractory or metastatic soft tissue sarcoma.[3][5]
