Overview

Combination of **dalnicastobart (LVGN7409)**, a CD40 agonist monoclonal antibody, and **pradusinstobart (LVGN3616)**, a humanized monoclonal antibody that blocks PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1). LVGN7409 activates CD40-mediated immune responses, stimulating antigen-presenting cells and promoting anti-tumor immunity. LVGN3616 blocks the inhibitory PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, restoring and enhancing T-cell mediated immune responses against tumors. This combination is under investigation primarily for metastatic solid tumors, aiming to boost the anti-cancer effect via dual immune activation pathways. Developed by Lyvgen Biopharma, it is being evaluated in combination regimens in phase 1 clinical trials, often with additional agents such as nab-paclitaxel, bevacizumab, and cyclophosphamide[1][2][4][5][6].
