Combination therapy consisting of **LY01008**, a biosimilar of bevacizumab, plus **carboplatin** and **paclitaxel**. - **LY01008** is a monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (**VEGF-A**), inhibiting angiogenesis, and is developed as a biosimilar to bevacizumab. - **Carboplatin** is a platinum-based chemotherapeutic that crosslinks DNA, inhibiting DNA synthesis and cell division. - **Paclitaxel** is a microtubule-stabilizing agent that disrupts mitosis by preventing microtubule depolymerization. This combination is primarily studied and approved as first-line therapy for **advanced or recurrent nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)**. LY01008 is locally developed in China and is used in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel followed by maintenance monotherapy with LY01008 until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity[1][3].
