Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**LY2428757 + TT223** was an investigational co-administration regimen for **type 2 diabetes mellitus**. It paired LY2428757, a once-weekly pegylated glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonist, with TT223, a daily gastrin analogue intended to stimulate gastrin-responsive beta-cell biology. In a four-week randomized study, adding 2 mg or 3 mg daily TT223 to 14 mg weekly LY2428757 did not provide additional glycaemic benefit versus LY2428757 alone and was associated with more frequent nausea and vomiting.
