LY3200882 + gemcitabine + nab-paclitaxel is a combination regimen investigated primarily in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. The combination was studied in a phase I clinical trial (NCT02937272) for newly diagnosed advanced pancreatic cancer, showing a 75% disease control rate, with LY3200882 believed to act through both direct antitumor and immunomodulatory mechanisms alongside standard cytotoxic chemotherapies[1][3].
