Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LY3200882 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy for advanced cancers. LY3200882 is a next-generation, potent, selective small molecule inhibitor of transforming growth factor beta (TGFβ) receptor type-1 (TGFβR1) that blocks TGFβ signaling, acting as an ATP-competitive serine-threonine kinase inhibitor. Pembrolizumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), blocking its interaction with ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, thus restoring anti-tumor T-cell immunity. This combination is being studied for synergistic immunomodulatory and anti-tumor effects in metastatic or advanced cancers[1][5].
