Overview

A combination therapy consisting of LY3295668 (also known as AK-01 or Erbumine) and osimertinib. LY3295668 is an orally bioavailable, selective Aurora Kinase A inhibitor that targets and inhibits the activity of aurora A kinase, potentially disrupting mitotic spindle assembly and inducing apoptosis in cancer cells. Osimertinib is an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets specific EGFR mutations. This combination is being investigated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer.
