M108 + chemotherapy is a combination therapy consisting of the monoclonal antibody **FG-M108 (M108)** and standard chemotherapy regimens such as CAPOX (capecitabine plus oxaliplatin) or AG (nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine)[1][2][4]. FG-M108 is a human monoclonal antibody that targets **Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2)**, a cell surface protein selectively expressed in certain gastrointestinal cancers, most notably advanced gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma and pancreatic cancer. By binding CLDN18.2, FG-M108 mediates cancer cell death via enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC)[1][2][4]. The combination is under clinical investigation as a first-line treatment for patients with tumors expressing CLDN18.2 and HER2-negative status.
