MAGE-A4 A*02:01 TCR-T is an autologous T-cell receptor (TCR) engineered T-cell therapy developed by Anocca. It is designed to target the Melanoma-Associated Antigen A4 (MAGE-A4) peptide presented by the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) allele A*02:01. MAGE-A4 is a cancer-testis antigen frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors but with restricted expression in normal tissues, making it a suitable target for immunotherapy. The therapy involves engineering a patient's own T cells to express a specific TCR that recognizes the MAGE-A4/HLA-A*02:01 complex, leading to the targeted destruction of MAGE-A4-expressing tumor cells. It is currently being investigated for the treatment of a wide range of cancers.
