Magrolimab + mitoxantrone + etoposide + cytarabine is a combination therapy studied specifically for the treatment of relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Magrolimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD47, a "don't eat me" signal that helps cancer cells evade phagocytosis, thus enabling immune-mediated elimination of malignant myeloid cells.
