Overview
Magrolimab + sacituzumab govitecan is an investigational combination therapy being studied for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC). Magrolimab is a monoclonal antibody that blocks CD47, a "don't eat me" signal often overexpressed on TNBC cells, inducing macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of tumor cells. Sacituzumab govitecan is an antibody-drug conjugate that targets Trop-2, a protein found on tumor cells. This combination is being evaluated in the ELEVATE TNBC study, particularly in patients who have received prior therapy including taxanes and, if PD-L1+, immune checkpoint inhibitors.
