The malaria vaccine (messenger RNA-lipid nanoparticle) is an investigational mRNA-based vaccine candidate being developed by eTheRNA immunotherapies for the prevention of malaria. The vaccine utilizes a messenger RNA (mRNA) platform encapsulated within lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to deliver genetic instructions for malaria-specific antigens into host cells. Once expressed, these antigens are intended to stimulate a robust and protective immune response, including both antibody and T-cell mediated immunity, against *Plasmodium* parasites. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development and is designed for intramuscular administration.
