**MASCT-I** is an autologous, multi-antigen cancer cell immunotherapy developed by HRYZ Biotech. A treatment course sequentially administers autologous dendritic cells loaded with multiple tumor-associated antigens, followed by autologous antitumor effector T cells activated and expanded using those dendritic cells. The approach is intended to broaden tumor-antigen-specific cytotoxic T-cell responses; its manufacturing process includes in-vitro PD-1 blockade during cell culture to reduce PD-1-mediated immune inhibition. MASCT-I has been evaluated alone and in combination with chemotherapy, camrelizumab, and apatinib across advanced solid tumors, including urothelial carcinoma and sarcomas.
