MASCT-I + camrelizumab is an experimental cancer immunotherapy combination. MASCT-I is a multi-antigen stimulated cell therapy comprising dendritic cell vaccines pulsed with multiple tumor-associated antigens, followed by the adoptive transfer of autologous activated T cells. Camrelizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-1 (PD-1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by blocking PD-1 mediated signaling to enhance T cell activity against tumors. In combination, MASCT-I aims to broaden anti-tumor T cell responses, while camrelizumab enhances their persistence and activity by preventing PD-1-mediated inhibition. This combination has been evaluated in phase 1 and exploratory clinical trials for malignancies including metastatic urothelial carcinoma and advanced bone and soft-tissue sarcoma.
