MASCT-I + camrelizumab is a combination immunotherapy developed by Hengrui Yuanzheng for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. MASCT-I (Multi-Antigen Stimulated Cell Therapy-I) is an autologous, sequential immune cell therapy that involves the administration of dendritic cells (DCs) loaded with 15 different tumor-associated antigens (TAAs), followed by the adoptive transfer of effector T cells that have been stimulated and expanded in vitro using the same antigens. This approach is combined with camrelizumab (SHR-1210), a humanized monoclonal antibody that acts as a PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor. The combination is designed to provide a synergistic effect: MASCT-I generates and expands a broad population of tumor-specific T cells, while camrelizumab blocks the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway to prevent T-cell exhaustion and enhance the anti-tumor immune response within the tumor microenvironment. Clinical studies have evaluated this combination in various indications, including gastric cancer, bone and soft-tissue sarcomas, and other advanced solid tumors.
