MASCT-I + gemcitabine + cisplatin

MASCT-I + gemcitabine + cisplatin is a combination regimen of an immunotherapy called Multiple Target Antigen Stimulating Cell Therapy (MASCT-I) with two chemotherapeutic agents, gemcitabine and cisplatin. MASCT-I is an autologous dendritic cell therapy wherein dendritic cells are derived from the patient's blood, loaded with multiple tumor antigens, and reinfused to stimulate an immune response targeting cancer cells[1][3][5]. Gemcitabine is a nucleoside analog that inhibits DNA synthesis, while cisplatin is a platinum-based agent that creates DNA crosslinks and induces apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells. The combination is an experimental regimen being studied mainly for advanced metastatic solid tumors, particularly urothelial carcinoma and other refractory cancers, to enhance anti-tumor immune responses and cytotoxicity[1][3][5].
