**MAVROSTOBART + carboplatin + pemetrexed** is a combination drug regimen used in oncology, currently under clinical evaluation. Mavrostobart (PT199) is an anti-CD73 monoclonal antibody that fully inhibits both soluble and membrane-bound CD73 enzyme activities, designed to counteract the adenosine-mediated immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and boost antitumor immune activation. Carboplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent that forms DNA crosslinks, leading to apoptosis in cancer cells. Pemetrexed is a folate antimetabolite that inhibits several enzymes involved in purine and pyrimidine synthesis, thereby blocking DNA and RNA synthesis in tumor cells. The combination aims to enhance antitumor effects by targeting both immune suppression within the tumor microenvironment (via CD73 inhibition) and tumor cell proliferation (via chemotherapy). This regimen is currently being tested in a multi-center Phase I/II clinical trial for cancer indications including non-small cell lung cancer and potentially other solid tumors[1][3][7][8].
