MAX-40279 + KN046

MAX-40279 + KN046 is a combination therapy comprising MAX-40279, a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor, and KN046, a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4). MAX-40279 is designed to inhibit multiple receptor tyrosine kinases, hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 (HPK1), and potentially relieves negative regulation of T cell receptor (TCR) signaling. KN046 concurrently blocks PD-L1 and CTLA-4, enhancing immune response against tumor cells.
